Anita Lombardi

Anita has been in the escrow industry since 1975 and has worked in Title Escrow, Broker Escrow, and Independent Escrow companies. Deciding that an Independent escrow is where she belonged, Anita and her husband Jim opened Federal Escrow, Inc. in 1998.

Anita served as president of the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association in 2008 and again in 2011. She has been a long-standing member of the California Escrow Association, The American Escrow Association, and The Escrow Institute. She has served as a director of the California Escrow Association for many years. She feels that education and customer service are the keys to providing the best escrow services. Staying involved with the Escrow Association and The Escrow Institute on local and state levels allows her to bring back information and knowledge to their staff members and peers. This experience will enable them to stay on the cutting edge in the industry.

Anita and Jim have raised their three children in the Santa Clarita Valley, where they have lived since 1982. They live in Valencia, where they love to barbeque and hang out while watching their nine grandchildren play and swim. In her spare time, Anita loves to relax at their retreat home in Channel Islands Harbor.
