Jim Lombardi

Jim joined his wife, Anita, as a partner in Federal Escrow, Inc., in 1998. Since then, Jim has been active in the Company, handling Human Resources, Finances, Marketing, and Public Relations. Jim has been a long-time member of the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association’s Board of Directors and is a California Escrow Association Director. Jim was the 2012 Santa Clarita Valley Regional President.

Jim has extensive years of experience in business management and business administration, as well as sales and marketing. Jim is an avid believer in the “team” concept in the company. Jim feels continuing education is vital in the escrow industry.

Jim loves spending time with his family, including his nine grandchildren. He also likes to travel and is an avid sports enthusiast. When it is time to relax and unwind, Jim and Anita can be found at their Channel Islands Harbor home.
