Tarlena Owens

Tarlena is a Certified escrow officer and a Certified escrow technician. She has been in the title and escrow industry since 1979 and has worked at Federal Escrow, Inc. since 2008. Her experience includes resale, refinance, exchange, mobile homes, reverse mortgages, seller carrybacks, short sales, and cabins on forestry land. She even specializes in difficult land deals.

She is an active member of the California Escrow Association and the Santa Clarita Valley Escrow Association. She has served as President of the Santa Clarita Escrow Association for five terms: 2005, 2007, 2015, 2021, 2022, and again in 2023. She believes in keeping current on all changes, rules, and regulations in our industry.

She has lived and raised her family in Santa Clarita since 1989. She has a strong sense of community and loves getting involved wherever needed.
